ship is to be arranged with the necessary equipment to facilitate
safe and effective navigation. The Navigation Goals described in Vol 3, Pt 2, Ch 5, 6.1 Navigation objective 6.1.2, Vol 3, Pt 2, Ch 5, 6.1 Navigation objective 6.1.5, Vol 3, Pt 2, Ch 5, 6.1 Navigation objective 6.1.6, Vol 3, Pt 2, Ch 5, 6.1 Navigation objective 6.1.7 and Vol 3, Pt 2, Ch 5, 6.1 Navigation objective 6.1.8 may be achieved by the application
of the referenced SOLAS - International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea Regulations which
