Section 10 Reclassification and reinstatement

10.1 General

10.1.1 Any application for reinstatement of class or reclassification should be referred to the LR Naval liaison office. No surveys should be commenced until instructions for the survey, or other requirements have been issued.

10.1.2 Upon completion of any surveys required under Ch 4, 10.1 General 10.1.1, the Surveyors are to report by means of hull First Entry Reports any modifications, major repairs or alterations to the hull structure carried out since the suspension or withdrawal of class.
