Section 3 Verification requirements
3.1 Verification requirements
3.1.1 Compliance with the requirements in Ch 1, 4 Particulars to be submitted is deemed to satisfy the functional requirements and performance requirements above.
3.1.2 Where a designer offers a solution which is not covered by the requirements of Ch 1, 4 Particulars to be submitted, the requirements of Pt 7, Ch 15, 1 General requirements of the Rules for Ships are to be satisfied.
