Part VI - Alternative Subdivision and Stability Standards for Passenger Yachts not Exceeding 80 Metres in Length (L) Where Compliance With Regulation 6 and 7 Of SOLAS II-1 Part B-1 Proves Impracticable

In order to use this Part of the Code, compliance with regulation 6 and 7 of SOLAS II-1 Part B-1 should be confirmed to be impracticable for the vessel arrangement due to its size. This should be in the form of a statement from the Naval Architect following consideration that SOLAS II-1 PART B-1 was not developed for vessels of this size.
