4. Once the normal situation has been restored after the master has suspended the schedule of hours of rest, the master shall:

A) Immediately grant the seafarers 77 hours of continuous rest B) Notify the Administration within 24 hours C) Take no further action, as the suspension was lawful D) As soon as practicable, ensure that any seafarers who performed work in a scheduled rest period are provided with an adequate period of rest
