3. Regarding training, the Guidelines provide that:

A) Training requirements should be considered when selecting the instrument, and any atmosphere testing should be performed by trained personnel B) Training is a matter solely for the instrument manufacturer C) Only the master may perform atmosphere testing D) Training records should be entered in the log-book after each test
