Circular

 At the request of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, the attached exemption that has been accepted by that Government under Rule 1, paragraph (e), of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972, as amended, concerning the requirements of Annex 1, regulation 10 of the following vessel is herewith circulated to all Contracting Governments:
