At the request of the Government of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, the attached exemption that has been accepted by that Government under Rule 1, paragraph (e), part A of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972, as amended, for the horizontal positioning of masthead lights of the following vessel is herewith circulated to all Contracting Governments:
