5.5.1 Account should be taken of the effect of
icing on the stability calculations. An example of established practice
for ice accretion allowances is given in paragraphs 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 for the guidance of Administrations.
5.5.2 Information should be provided in respect
of the assumptions made in calculating the conditions of the craft
in each of the circumstances set out in paragraphs 5.3.1
and 5.3.2 for the following:

.1 duration of the voyage in terms of the period
spent in reaching the destination and returning to port;

.2 consumption rates during the voyage for fuel,
water, stores and other consumables.
