14.15 Onboard training and instructions footnote

  14.15.1 All persons should be provided with familiarization training in accordance with the recommendations of the Organization.

  14.15.2 All persons should be provided with training in personal safety and emergency response commensurate with their assigned duties in accordance with the recommendations of the Organization.
