4.7.1 In every unit means should be provided to
                           prevent excess pressure in any part of compressed air systems and
                           where water jackets or casings of air compressors and coolers might
                           be subjected to dangerous excess pressure due to leakage into them
                           from air pressure parts. Suitable pressure-relief arrangements should

                           4.7.2 The starting air arrangements for internal
                           combustion engines should be adequately protected against the effects

                           to internal combustion engines should be entirely separate from the

                           minimum the entry of oil into the starting air pressure systems and
                           to drain these systems.
