1 Risk Assessment

  1.1 Member States and other authorities with responsibility for administering non-SOLAS vessels (other authorities) may wish to consider the risk context for each category of non-SOLAS vessel.footnote

  1.2 A tool to assist Member States and other authorities with undertaking risk assessments is attached in the Appendix.
