Introduction

 This technical information is compiled pursuant to the requirements in MARPOL Annex VI Regulation 15.6, and describes the general equipment, operations and conditions onboard a crude oil tanker with respect to the emission and ability to control non-methane Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions.
