1 The Maritime Safety Committee, at its 103rd session (5 to 14 May 2021), approved the Guidelines for pleasure yachts of 300 gross tonnage and above not engaged in trade operating in polar waters, as set out in the annex, prepared by the Sub-Committee on Ship Design and Construction, at its seventh session (3 to 7 February 2020).

2 Member States are invited to use the annexed Guidelines and to bring them to the attention of all parties concerned.
