Interpretation Capacity of the fire-extinguishing system (Paragraphs 11.3.5.3 and 11.3.7)

 For ships of less than 4000 tonnes deadweight the minimum capacity of a monitor should be 1000 l/min and the application rate should be at least 10 l/min/m2 of the surface to be protected.
