Description
Crushed Carbon Anodes are spent carbon anodes that are crushed into smaller
pieces to permit their shipment for recycling. Carbon anodes are used to introduce
electricity into the aluminium smelter pots. This cargo is mainly composed of black
crushed lumps and pieces principally containing carbon and other impurities. The
material is odourless.
