3.1 Chief Engineer’s Statement of Examination of Surveyable Machinery Items – 2098

3.1.1 This appendix contains the template to be used by Chief Engineers to record the results of their examination of machinery items on ships not operating an approved Machinery Planned Maintenance Scheme.
