Section 4 Certification of assurance

4.1 Submarine Assurance Report

4.1.1 On satisfactory completion of LR’s Submarine Assurance activities a Submarine Assurance Report will be issued by LR detailing the scope of assurance, any key assumptions and any non-compliances.

4.2 Submarine Assurance Certificate

4.2.1 On satisfactory completion of LR’s Submarine Assurance activities a Submarine Assurance Certificate will be issued summarising the verification activity carried out by LR and referencing the Submarine Assurance Report.
