Only products listed in chapter 19 of the Code or products that have been evaluated by the Administration in accordance with paragraph 1.1.6.1, or their compatible mixtures having physical proportions within the limitations of tank design, shall be listed. In respect of the latter "new products", any special requirements provisionally agreed under the tripartite agreement shall be indicated in an addendum to the certificate.
